We MUST go to Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation, to fail to do so is a mortal sin.
We need to be in a state of grace in order to approach for Holy Communion (1 Corinthians 11:27). If you are not sure you are in a state of grace or not, go to Confession! Some of the mass times listed have Confession before or during mass, that is noted below. As Catholics, we are required to confess our sins and receive Holy Communion once per year during Eastertide. We should, do this more frequently, but we must be properly disposed.
